Do you use the Government Tax Free Childcare & other voucher companies?
We do indeed! We are registered for the Governments Tax Free Childcare and most of the Childcare Voucher Companies. Please see our Payment Information tab for more in formation.
How does the funding work?
You must live in England to apply for this childcare support. The amount of childcare support you can get depends on several factors.
You need to apply the term before you want to take up a place.
For example, if you want to take up a place for your child from September, you need to apply during the summer term (1 April-31 August). We will then claim for the number of hours you use for your child per week for the term.

If my child is ill, can I get a refund?
If you child is unwell to come to nursery, wrap around care or holiday club, we are unable to offer you a refund. If as a setting, we have to close due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a refund or a credit note.
When will the Holiday Club be available to book?
Generally, we will send out an email 4 weeks prior to any Holiday Club starting regarding how to book sessions etc. We do not open at Christmas or Bank Holidays
Can I pay monthly?
If your bill is over £200 we can offer you our Interest Free Payment Plan. You can contact the admin team 2 weeks before the start of term to request a payment plan, whereby your invoice will be split into monthly payments for the term. Autumn term = 4 monthly payments, Spring term =3 monthly payments and Summer term = 4 monthly payments. These payments will be due on the 5th of each month (unless otherwise arranged). The monthly payments may increase each time due to the amount of weeks there are in the term.
