Our Aim
Our basic aim is to provide safe settings in which young children can feel confident, happy, secure and content as they learn through play. We achieve this by creating an attractive and stimulating environment where well trained members of staff are approachable and welcoming, where parents and their views are valued, where the best possible provision is made available, and where children of all needs and abilities are welcomed and given complete access to the full provision of the setting. Our Wrap-Around Care seeks to provide a tailored approach through carefully planned environments and activities, catering simultaneously for those who want some peace and quiet, and those who would rather engage in more energetic play. Our Nursery seeks to foster confidence and independence, preparing children well for their Reception year.

Contracts and Our Terms and Conditions
At various points on this website, we summarise aspects of our Terms and Conditions for our various settings and clubs. We try to keep things as accessible as possible, generally trying to avoid using overly formal or legal writing. However, we also have a formal written parent contract, which clarifies precisely what the Terms and Conditions of our services are. Upon completing the application form, you type your name (digitally sign) to agree to the Terms and Conditions (shown at the bottom of the application form), which we then also digitally sign and send you a copy of the resulting contract via email. A PDF copy of the Terms and Conditions agreed to as part of the application process can be downloaded at any time by clicking on the file below.

Flexibility
Whilst we try to be as flexible as we can to allow Session Swaps and Extra Sessions, we have some specific rules around how this needs to be organised. Families are welcome to swap a session into the week before or the week after the original booking provided there is availability, with a 3 day minimum notice period, up to 3 weeks ahead of time. You can book Extra Sessions up to 24 hours before the day via the website (48 hours where arranged via email) up to 3 weeks in advance. We do not allow cancellation of individual Nursery or Wrap-Around Care sessions (Holiday Clubs can be cancelled with 7 days notice) and do not refund sessions where the child is absent. All such adjustments must be made in agreement by email with the Admin Team (except for website bookings); staff in the settings are not authorised to take bookings.
Parents must also inform the school when arranging Extra Sessions or Session Swaps for Wrap-Around Care.
