Bookings Explained
We process Extra Session bookings and Holiday Club bookings through our website to ensure that they are accurately recorded and paid for. Logging into the website provides you with additional pages under the "Bookings" tab, where you will be able to see the Extra Sessions and Holiday Club shops. You will not be able to book and pay for regular sessions this way, only the "One Off" extras. You will only be able to see this section of the website once you have completed your application form and have been added as a member. You will only be able to see a session if it is open for bookings. If the session is full we will mark this as unavailable, so you can be confident that any session which you book is available.
Extra Session Bookings
To book an Extra Session, please go to the Extra Sessions page and select which day of the week you would like to book, you will then be able to choose between Breakfast Club or After School Club. Once you have finished selecting the sessions that you require, please complete the checkout process, AND MAKE SURE YOU WRITE THE DATE REQUIRED IN THE "NOTE TO SELLER" section of the checkout. You will get an automatically generated reply to confirm the purchase, and I will email you personally to confirm that I have processed you booking and we are expecting your child. Please do not try to book extra sessions by asking the GNRC staff.
Holiday Club Bookings
To book a Holiday Club session, please select the date that you require from the Holiday Club page and choose either the “Long Day” or “Short Day” option for that day. Again, I will reply personally to confirm your booking. For completeness, please use the note to seller section of the checkout to remind us of any allergies or additional needs your child might have.

May Half Term - Running at Rustington Primary School for RCPS & RBPS
£26.00 - £33.00
Our Holiday Club is open to all Primary aged Children who attend Rustington & River Beach School this is to ensure the highest quality of care at all times and to maintain the unique exclusive character of our club we limit our numbers to just 17.
We will provide children with a fruit and biscuit snack in the morning and afternoon and a shared lunch. The children will choose between a sandwich or wrap and have the choice of different fruit and salad items to accompany this. Parents are free to provide a snack and lunch too if they so wish. All children should have a named water bottle on every session (although it is fine to fill this with squash or water if you wish).
A Long Day (8:00 - 18:00) costs £33 and includes breakfast, a morning snack, a sandwich lunch, and an afternoon snack.
A Short Day (9:00 - 16:00) costs £26 and includes a morning snack and a sandwich lunch.
